North Cyprus Property Buying Inspection Trips

Once we have appointed you your personal property advisor, you have been advised of the process of property buying and you have chosen a selection of property that you are interested in, it will be time for you to make arrangements for you to come to Northern Cyprus to view and inspect the properties and also be shown other properties that maybe of interest.

When you are ready your advisor can make arrangements for your Inspection Trip. An Inspection trip normally takes 3 days and your advisor will organise this with you so that it is arranged to suit your schedule.

By the time you arrive your property advisor will have put together a personal portfolio of properties that suits your budget and criteria.

Our promise to you is a promise that you will not recieve a “hard sell” approach and that you can be assured of our expertise in finding you the most suitable properties in Northern Cyprus.

Our Property Inspection Package will include
 

Three night’s accommodation which we will base on two adults sharing.

Accommodation in a quality North Cyprus hotel.

We will arrange to transfer you to and from Ercan Airport to your hotel

The cost of this Inspection trip will be deducted from your contract price.

You property advisor will put together an itinerary for your visit and a portfolio of the proposed properties which you requested to inspect

All you need to do is pay for your flight!


You may however prefer to make your own travel arrangements, you may even be intending to combine a holiday together with your property Inspection trip to North Cyprus. Should this be the case, we will be delighted to make an appointment for you to meet with your property advisor at one of our local offices.

You will receive the same personalised attention, at a time that best suits you.

It is however helpful if you can supply us as much information as possible prior to your visit. This will not only enable us to prepare and organise your property inspection portfolio but it will also allow you to make better use of your valuable time.
